ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1) TNP Act in Crime No.144 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on their routine ride, they found that the petitioner was in possession of 110 litres of Pondy Arrack.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner is a History Sheeter.

4. Considering the opposition made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
