ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to provide admission to the petitioner in 3 years LLB course for the academic 2021-2022 by providing separate reservation for Transgender category in line with the judgment rendered by Hon'ble Supreme Court in National Legal Service Authority -vs- Union of India and others, 2014 (5) SCC 438.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
