Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Standing Counsel (TNSCB) takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioners have filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider their representation dated 27.07.2017 by executing the Sale Deed in their favour, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that inspite of the petitioners' representation dated 27.07.2017, the respondent has not passed any order so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
