..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of declaration declaring that Clause 5 of the Prospectus for admission to B.N.Y.S. Medical Degree Course (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science) issued by the 2nd Respondent for the session 2020-2021 is illegal insofar as it holds that the candidates who have passed through Open Schooling are not eligible to apply for B.N.Y.S. Medical Degree Course and consequently forbear the 2nd Respondent from cancelling the admission having Ref.No.A.R.No.1305, dated 25.02.2021 of the Petitioner for B.N.Y.S. Medical Degree for the Course Session 2020-2021.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, admission has been given to the petitioner and she is pursuing the course in question based on the eligibility certificate issued by Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.

2. In view of the above, we find that the prayer made in the writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case any adverse order is passed in future, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge it afresh.

W.M.P.Nos. 13271 to 13273 of 2021 are closed. There will be no orders as to costs.
