This revision is preferred against the judgment passed in M.C.No.261 of 2015, on the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that she had moved a petition u/s.125(3) Cr.P.C against disobedience of the order under challenge.
3. Learned counsel for respondent informs that the order under challenge being an ex-parte one respondent has moved a petition to set aside the same.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that against the order under challenge which was passed in June 2016 respondent has chosen to move the set aside application only in September after filing this revision.
5. In the circumstances, this Court would treat the present revision as closed, leaving it open to both sides to work out their remedies before the Court below. Court below shall deal with the matter expeditiously.
