This application has been posted before this Court under the caption 'being mentioned' at the instance of the applicant.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that originally a sum of Rs.1,46,85,000/- was deposited as per the Orders of this Court. It was kept in a fixed deposit. After maturity of the fixed deposit period, now the amount lying in the account is Rs.1,66,79,768/- with accrued interest and the above amount has to be substituted in paragraph one in the above Order.

3. The registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the Order to the parties and directed to release the amount lying in the fixed deposit as on today with accrued interest, if any.
