Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to notice dated 03.05.2018 in F.No.47-29/OM/Health/2018-19, passed by the 2nd respondent, subsequently 1/4

culminated as complaint dated 14.05.2018, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue Trade License to the petitioner and pass such further orders.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 23.01.2025, the Registry had sent notice to the petitioner, which was received by the petitioner on 02.01.2025, and the acknowledgment is also available. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name and address of the petitioner in the cause list and posted the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 07.02.2025.

2. Even today, 07.02.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing at 11.15 a.m., none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is made clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Court is 2/4

left with no other option except to dismiss the petition for non-prosecution. In the result, the writ petition stands dismissed for NonProsecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
