These three petitions have been filed owing to the death of the sole respondent to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the legal representatives.
2. M/s.Paul and Paul have entered appearance for Respondents 1 to 5. However, sixth respondent has not been served. That need not be a factor to keep these petitions pending.
3. Therefore, all these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stand allowed.
4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Cause Title, reflecting the death of the sole respondent and bringing on record his legal representatives.
