Prayer in CMP No. 8871 of 2024 : To bring on record the respondents herein 1.Malliga Jayaraman, 2.Seethangani R.J, 3.Parthiban Ragavan Jayaraman, 4.Madhavan Jayaraman, 5.Mangailakshmi Raghavan Jayaraman, 6.Malarvizhi.S, who are the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent in the above appeal as respondents 2 to 7 in the above appeal AS.No.700/2018. For Petitioner(s) in all Petitions :

Mr.R.Vignesh for M/s.Paul and Paul, for R1 To R5 Order (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) These three petitions have been filed owing to the death of the sole respondent to condone the delay in filing the petition to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the legal representatives.

2. M/s.Paul and Paul have entered appearance for Respondents 1 to 5. However, sixth respondent has not been served. That need not be a factor to keep these petitions pending.

3. Therefore, all these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stand allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Cause Title, reflecting the death of the sole respondent and bringing on record his legal representatives.

5. Issue Notice to the newly impleaded sixth respondent through Court as well as privately, returnable in four weeks.
