ORDER

This petition is filed to grant extension of time for six months to comply with the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15534 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that this Court by its order dated 31.07.2024 had directed the respondents to rectify the pay anomaly of the petitioner on par with his junior Venkatakrishnan and fix his salary and settle the arrears of salary and other monetary benefits, if any, within eight weeks, however the same was not complied with.

4. In response, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in view of the compliance of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2024, the Government Order was passed and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 16-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order DP
