The issue raised in the present Contempt Petition is in regard to a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Camera that was placed by the respondent such that, according to the petitioner, the coverage intruded into the privacy of the petitioner.

2. Today i.e.19.03.2019, learned counsel for the respondent confirms that the offending camera has been removed and this is also corroborated by learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed, insofar as nothing survives therein. No costs.
