The learned counsel for the applicant in Application No.2383 of 2010 submits that the respondent has settled the entire dues to the claimant, who is the applicant in A. No.2383 of 2010. The respondent in A. No.2383 of 2010 is the borrower and after his death, his legal representatives have filed Arbitration Application No.222 of 2023, which is also filed for raising the order of attachment passed by this Court on the ground that the entire dues have been settled. The learned counsel for the applicant in A. No.2383 of 2010 would submit on instructions that as stated in the affidavit filed in support of Arbitration Application No.222 of 2023, the entire dues have been settled to M/s.Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd., the applicant in A. No.2383 of 2010.

2. After recording the rival submissions and in view of the fact that the entire loan dues have been settled to M/s.Cholamandalam DBS Finance Ltd., the application filed in Arb. Appln. No.222 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment, dated 1/3

26.07.2010 passed in A. No.2383 of 2010.

3. Registry is directed to communicate the order raising the order of attachment to the concerned Sub Registrar office and the concerned District Court.
