CO M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have come up with these writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the defects in the water supply pipeline leading to the petitioners' residence and for consequential relief.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that after filing of the writ petition, the respondents have proceeded to rectify the defects and they have also provided temporary water supply to the residents. He also submitted that the authorities would require sufficient time to rectify the defects in total and hence, he seeks time for the same.

3. The above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is hereby recorded. The respondents are directed to rectify the defects as expeditiously as possible and provide proper water supply to the petitioners as well as other residents.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
