This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents 1 to 7 as the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent / complainant in the above Criminal Revision for proper adjudication.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner / accused, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

3. Mr.Ravichandran Sundaresan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the impleaded respondents.

21.06.2024 vum Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the main Criminal Revision Case for final hearing on 11.07.2024.
