Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.196/2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to grant one month interim bail to the petitioners for proper Medical Treatment, pending by Suspending the sentence imposed in S.C.No.78 of 2011 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Namakkal, pending disposal of the above Crl.A No.196 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.196/2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SANKARASUBBU Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. P.RAMESH BABU, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, on instructions, he wants to withdraw this petition and hence he seeks permission from this Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the endorsement he made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
