(CRIME NO.69 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders for interrogation imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.7122/2022 dated 29.03.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders for interrogation, in Crl.O.P.No.7122 of 2022, dated 29.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
