Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue an order of direction or a writ or an order and most specifically in the nature of writ of mandamus, forbearing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein from any manner conducting any domestic enquiry pursuant to the charge memo RV.No.01/2012/ONA till the conclusion of the criminal case in Crime No.312/2012 on the file of Inspector of Police, Paramathi Vellore Police Station, Namakkal District. The prayer in the writ petition is to forbear the second and third respondents from any manner conducting any domestic enquiry pursuant to the charge memo issued to the petitioner on 26.11.2012.

2. Today, when the writ petition was called, the learned Government Advocate, Mrs.T.Girija, appearing for first and second respondents would submit that the pending writ petition, domestic enquiry was conducted and an enquiry report was filed on 22.03.2013. Based on the enquiry report the petitioner was also dismissed from service on 30.04.2013.

3. In view of these developments, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted. Hence this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
