2. The plaintiff appears to have had an agreement with the first respondent-Royal Sundaram General Insurance Company. Pursuant to a maintenance taken up with respect to K.R.Engineering Services for which, the second respondent-JLT was the intermediary and the 3rd and 4th respondents had been appointed as Surveyors.

3. Having grievance over the acts of the respondents the suit had been laid. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd respondents have their business within the jurisdiction of this Court. The 4th respondent who is the Surveyor and who had been appointed as a Surveyor by the first respondent as his residence at Madurai.

4. In view of that fact, this application has been filed under Clause 12 of the Letters Patent seeking leave.

5. Leave is granted.
