Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus calling for the record of the second respondent in their Deoccupation notice vide Letter No.EN1/6131/2013 dated 24.1.2014 for discontinuation of the usage of the dwelling units occupied by the petitioners for the purpose of locking, sealing and demolition of the premises other than the portions already sealed by the second respondent bearing Door No.33, 33/1 & 2, 34 & 34A, Millers Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to forbear from in anyway interfering with the aforesaid building particularly by way of locking, sealing and demolition pending final determination of the appeal preferred by the third respondent under Sec.79 of the Town and Country Planning Act pending with the first respondent from 11.04.2011.
