The suit is filed for recovery of insurance claim in respect of three machineries insured under three different policies.
2. The plaintiff seeks leave of this Court to file a single suit joining the cause of action to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.
3. Hence the application seeking leave to grant for joinder of causes of action is allowed.
