ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 29.02.2024.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there are protracted proceedings relating to survey of his land and also the other lands. The petitioner is alleging several irregularities and is also making allegations regarding the said surveys. As far as the prayer in his representation dated 29.02.2024 is concerned, they are two folds. Firstly, the petitioner states that the respondents-Officials have fabricated the documents and therefore, 2/4

committed offences. As far as the same is concerned, if the petitioner is of the view that the respondents-Officials has committed any offences, it would be open for him to approach appropriate Jurisdictional Police or Jurisdictional Magistrate by way of a private complaint as the case may be.

3. As far as disciplinary proceedings are concerned, once the petitioner has made a representation, then it is within the domain of the respondents-Higher Authorities to look into the same and to consider the same in the manner known to law. However, that will not give raise to any corresponding right on the part of the petitioner to approach this Court by way of Mandamus. Therefore, it is for the Official Respondents to look into the allegation made in the complaint and act upon the same in accordance with their law and policy.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
