THE HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE C.KUMARAPPAN 1.Pushpa 2.Vethamaheshwari

...Petitioners

Vs State rep by, The Inspector of Police Anti Vice Squad, Avadi.

(Crime No.05 of 2026)

...Respondent

Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Act, 2023, to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in the event of their arrest, concerned in Crime No.05 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police on such terms and conditions. For Petitioner(s):

Mr.R.Parthiban For Respondent(s):

Mr.P.Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of ITP Act, in Crime No.05 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would strongly oppose the anticipatory bail application on the ground that the earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed on 12.03.2026 and there is no change in circumstances. On 12.03.2026, this Court has dismissed the application on the ground that the allegation against the petitioners is forcible trafficking of the victims. Hence, this Court does not find any change in circumstances and the petitioners do not deserve anticipatory bail.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 30-03-2026 dna To 1.The Inspector of Police Anti Vice Squad, Avadi.

(Crime No.05 of 2026)
