(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader states that on examination of the matter, it is found that the alleged encroachment is on the land of the Municipality / the first respondent and it is that respondent who has to take action.

2.Learned counsel for the fifth respondent has entered appearance.

3.In view of the aforesaid, it is for the first respondent now to take action in accordance with law, if encroachments are found, after notice to all concerned and the needful be done within one month from today.
