M.SUNDAR.J Captioned Original Petition was disposed of by this Court in terms of a Memorandum of Compromise/Memorandum of Understanding vide order dated 08.06.2021.

2. Today, Ms.B.Poongkhulali, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Ms.V.Kamala Kumar, learned counsel on record for respondent are before this virtual Court. Both the learned counsel have filed a Joint Memo dated 05.09.2021. Both learned counsel submit in unison in one voice that this 'Joint Memo dated 05.09.2021' [hereinafter 'said Joint Memo' for the sake of convenience] has been signed by petitioner and respondent also. A scanned reproduction of said Joint Memo together with the docket is as follows:

Both learned counsel submit that it would serve the purpose of petitioner and respondent if the captioned OP is sent for Mediation before the same Mediator before whom aforementioned Memorandum of Compromise/Memorandum of Understanding was crystallized qua 'Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre under the aegis of this Court' ['TNMCC' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

4. Both learned counsel also submit that they have ascertained the convenience of the same Mediator Mr.A.J.Jawad.

5. Registry to list the captioned matter before TNMCC at 3.00.p.m on Monday i.e., 13.09.2021 before Mr.A.J.Jawad, learned Mediator. Both learned counsel submit that their respective clients would be present before TNMCC on 13.09.2021 (Monday) without insisting on separate hearing notices.

6. TNMCC is requested to send a report to the appropriate Court as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within four(4) weeks from today i.e., by 28.09.2021.

7. Thereafter, it is open to learned counsel to mention before the concerned Court.
