This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners.

Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition and in view of the no objection given by learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 214 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
