ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2.The petitioner /wife seeks transfer of proceedings pending before the Family Court, Puducherry, in OS.No.5 of 2025 to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly states that the husband has no serious objection in acceding to the request of transfer, though the respondent denies the several allegations that have been made in the affidavit in respect of the transfer CMP.

4.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this transfer CMP is ordered and OS.No.5/2025 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry, and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.In view of the fact that the respondent is employed in Dubai and may not be able to attend all hearings in person, his physical presence may kindly be dispensed with. Additionally, if feasible, he may be permitted to participate in the proceedings through video conferencing, apart from being represented by counsel.
