O R D E R
Challenging the Legal Heir Certificate issued by the 4th respondent through proceedings dated 28.11.2023, this writ petition has been filed.
2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 02.06.2025, this Court passed the following order :
"Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for respondents 1 to 5 seeks for some time to get a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur dated 03.6.2021.
2. It is seen from the records that already an order dated 05.8.2024 was passed in W.P.No.16034 of 2021 filed by the sixth respondent in this writ petition wherein a direction was given to the 2/6
Tahsildar, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmauri to implement the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur dated 03.6.2021 subject to the outcome of the suit in O.S.No.137 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pappireddipatti and G.W.O.P.No.22 of 2021 before the Principal District Court, Dharmapuri.
3. In the light of the above order, the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Harur dated 03.6.2021 becomes very relevant and the learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to produce a copy of the same.
4. Post the writ petition at the end of the motion list on 09.6.2025."
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 03.06.2025 and the relevant portions are extracted herein :

It is clear from the above that the grievance expressed by the petitioner has been redressed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, except recording the above proceedings. The request made by the petitioner to include her name shall be considered by the Tahsildar, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs. Connected W.M.Ps are closed.
