This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner and his property based on the letter dated 31.07.2020.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner also filed suit for injunction and the same was decreed in favour of the petitioner. Even then, the respondents 3 and 4 caused disturbances to the petitioner for enjoyment of his property.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the counter parties viz., respondents 3 and 4 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
