O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Bugler in Tamil Nadu Special Police (TSP) Regimental Center.RC. in Avadi under the control of the 2nd respondent. The petitioner requested to convert him to General Line Group II Police Constable.

In these circumstances, the 2nd respondent issued a memorandum in RC.No.Estt.II(1)/4057/2015 dated 16.03.2015 instructing the 3rd respondent to send a report in this regard. 3.

Now the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a limited prayer to dispose of his representation dated 17.02.2014 in the light of the aforesaid memorandum dated 16.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In these circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to get a report from the 3rd respondent as per his Memorandum dated 16.03.2015 and based on the report, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders relating to the conversion of the petitioner to General Line Group so as to become Grade II Police Constable. The 2nd respondent is directed to complete the above said exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
