This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3683 of 2024, dated 20.02.2024.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3683 of 2024, dated 20.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period four months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation..
