PRAYER:- The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS praying to relax the condition imposed in the order in Crl.M.P.No.65387 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, requiring the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every two months at 10.00 a.m.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order in Crl.M.P.No.65387 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every two months at 10.00 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every two months at 10.00 a.m. imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.65387 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, is relaxed.
