(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10161 of 2020 dated 07.07.2020, as the first petitioner shall appear before any other police station in Trichy District, instead of appearing before the respondent police i.e., Thudiyalur Police Station, Coimbatore.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and that the first petitioner is aged about 60 years, this Court had directed the first petitioner to comply the order for only a period of one week. The petitioner did not comply the same. Hence the petition is dismissed.
