ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 354, 506(ii) IPC r/w. section 4 of Tamil Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No. 447 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier the petitioner had filed the petition in Crl.O.P.No.8593 of 2020 before this Court and this Court was not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail thereby it was withdrawn on 12.06.2020. Again, the petitioner had filed the petition in Crl.O.P.No.9798 of 2020, when the matter was came up on 01.07.2020, this Court was not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail, thereby the learned counsel for the petitioner withdrawn the petition. passed detailed order while dismissing the application. Now, this is the third application. He further submitted that there are two previous cases against the petitioner, one was registered by Edapadi Police Station in Cr.No.486 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and another case was registered by Jalakandapuram Police Station in Cr.No.433 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 188 and 294 (b) IPC. There is no change of circumstances of the earlier dismissal. Under these circumstances and also the fact that earlier application was dismissed on 12.06.2020 and 01.07.2020 and there are two previous cases against the petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. Petition dismissed.
