(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Seeking a direction to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from dispossessing the petitioners from their premises bearing New Door No.83/1, Old Door No.36, Chidambaraswamy Koil 2nd street, Mylapore, Chennai - 04 till disposal of the representation dated 24.12.2019 pending before the fourth respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.
When the matter is listed for hearing today under the caption 'for Admission', learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the respondents with fresh representation seeking redressal of their grievances. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting such liberty to the petitioners. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
