PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the award dated 05.04.2018 passed by the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai in in I.D.No.361 of 2014 and quash the same in so far as it has denied the normal relief of full backwages and accordingly substitute the same by awarding full back wages as well.
