The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to call for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 27.08.2018 and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to give permission to conduct One Day Token Fast at Jamunamarathur, Thiruvannamalai District.

date proposed by the petitioner to conduct One Day Token Fast, had already been over. Therefore, he seeks liberty to approach the authorities with fresh date for conducting the same.
3. The above submission made on behalf of the petitioner is hereby recorded. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
