ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 20.05.2021 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC in Cr.No.90 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused had attacked the defacto complainant's daughter, due to which, she died. The petitioner is ranked as A1 in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have attacked the deceased with iron rod.

5.Considering the serious nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
