2. From the year 2018, the notice has not been served on the respondents. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. Though the application has been filed by the petitioner seeking for interim injunction in the year 2018, till now, there is no interest whatsoever shown by the petitioner. It shows that the Page 2/4
