The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that writ appeal preferred against the order passed in the writ petition was dismissed confirming the order passed in the writ petition. The learned counsel submits that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the petitioner's ward was admitted in Balvatika- 2, Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT Campus, Chennai and he has started attending classes. The learned counsel therefore submits that nothing survives for further adjudication in the contempt petition.
