JUDGMENT

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No.24 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Court at Thanjavur and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP.No.1286 of 2019 pending on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

When the matter is called, Mr.S.Prabakaran, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.MA.Guthaman, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent fairly submitted that the present Transfer Petition may be allowed as prayed for.

On the basis of the consent given by the learned Senior Counsel for the 1st respondent, the HMOP.No.24 of 2019 filed by the 1st respondent husband on the file of the Principal District Court at Thanjavur is withdrawn and transferred to the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

HMOP.No.1286 of 2019 filed by the petitioner wife expeditiously as possible. The other issues can be gone into by the Family Court, Chennai, on merits.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
