2. This Court has already dispensed with the notice to fifth respondent.
3. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.
5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 73 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4, at the time of admission.
