2. Case of the petitioner is that the petitioner Company is a registered Civil Contractor. The 1st respondent has initiated tenders for construction of warehouses for storage of EVMS and VVPATS in the District of Ranipet. The tender was published through online on 26.12.2025. In compliance of the tender condition, the petitioner visited the work site on 23.03.2026 and requested the second respondent to issue the requisite Site Visit Certificate and Tools and Plants Certificate for participating in the tender process. The petitioner Company had sent a representation dated 23.03.2026 in that regard. Since the said certificates were not issued, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the last date for uploading the tender bid document is fixed on 26.03.2026, but till date the 2nd respondent has not issued Site Visit Certificate and Tools and Plants Certificate, which are requisite document to be uploaded for participating in the tender.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the Site Visit Certificate and Tools and Plants Certificate will be issued today before 5.00 pm.

5. In view of the fair submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to issue the requisite Site Visit Certificate and Tools and Plants Certificate today before 5.00 pm.

6. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SK
