This application has been filed for an interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the custody and auction of 248 units of AC lying with the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the auction has been conducted and hence, the interim injunction prayed for in this application has become infructuous.

Hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dismiss this application as withdrawn.

4. Accordingly, recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
