ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w 21(i)(ii) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act in Crime No.181 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen from the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner had earlier filed Crl O.P.No. 6016 of 2022 and the same was dismissed. However, the dismissal of the said Criminal Original Petition is not mentioned in the affidavit.

3. In view of the suppression of the material fact and without going into the merits of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
