O R D E R

(Order of the court was delivered by R.Subramanian, J.) The Engineers of the Chennai Corporation have made an inspection and filed a Report. There appear to be some violation. The learned counsel for the petitioner would claim that such violations are within the condonable limits and he has already approached the Secretary, Housing by way of a Special Revision under Section 80 A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. Since the violations are not alarming, we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Corporation to defer action on the Lock and Seal notice till the disposal of the revision under Section 80 A by the Government. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
