ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 28.03.2017 made in W.P.No.7333 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.In pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, Vending Committee has been constituted and its meeting has already been held. Therefore, it is for the Vending Committee to identify the place for hawkers and frame a Scheme as the Committee is also not before us. Insofar as the respondents are concerned, we are satisfied with the compliance of the orders passed in the writ petition. If the petitioner has got any grievance against the Vending Committee, the remedy lies elsewhere.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed.
