This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Arbitral Award by futher period of nine months till September 2025. 2.Mr.P.Godson Swaminath, learned counsel, representing for M/s.Isaac Chambers, who accepts notice for the respondent, has stated no objection for allowing this application.
3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time.

vga 4.Even though in this application, a prayer is sought for seeking extension of time only upto September 2025, learned counsel for the applicant would now submit that it has become necessary for the applicant to seek extension till December 2025.
