Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed in the order dated 15.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.7024 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.BALAJI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7024 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 365, 342, 324, 506(1) of IPC r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.112 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
