2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitionerS and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the accused in this case are now in judicial custody and they have also filed regular bail application.

In view of the above, these petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to prosecute their bail applications in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
