It is submitted by the learned counsels on either side that as against the order passed in Application No.8542 of 2017, the defendants preferred an appeal in OSA.No.226 of 2018 and the OSA came to be disposed of in view of the undertaking given by the defendants to furnish security. A memo to that effect has been filed by the plaintiff. The said memo is taken on file and this application is closed.

2. Post the suit after four weeks for filing written statement.
