Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 11.05.2022 at 06.00 PM to 11.00 PM at "Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple festival" Uthukadu Village, Uthukadu Post, Valangaimaan Taluk, Thiruvarur District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 29.04.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.04.2022.

2. When the matter came up yesterday, this Court has directed the respondents/Police to consider the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made by the petitioner and to appear before this Court in person along with a detailed report. The respondents/Police have now given the response through Report dated 05.05.2022 and the petitioner has also received a copy of the same. Therefore, the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
